Studio Policies Please read the following carefully before booking your appointment. These policies are in place to protect my time, your experience, and the studio environment we all share. Thank you for respecting them! - Booking Deposit A 50% deposit of the base price is required at the time of booking. This will go towards the final cost of your set. - Tardiness A 5-minute grace period is allowed for every appointment. If you are late past this period three times in a row, I may no longer accept future bookings from you. Every additional 5 minutes past the grace period adds a $15 late fee to your total. If you are 20 minutes or more late, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled, and your deposit will be forfeited. - Rescheduling To reschedule, please contact me directly within 72 hours of your original appointment Late rescheduling requests may result in losing your deposit - No-Show Policy No-shows will automatically forfeit the deposit and may result in being blocked from future bookings. - Guests & Children You are free to bring one guest. Children under 5 are not allowed in the studio due to space limitations and safety concerns (chemicals, tools, etc.). Acrylic sets are only available for clients 13 and older. I offer the ‘Kids Gel Mani’ package for children ages 5–12, all children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian (over the age of 16) for their entire appointment. - Foreign Sets I do not work over or fix other nail techs’ work. Please arrive with bare nails, a set done by me, or be sure to schedule a removal with your new set :) This helps maintain quality and respects both my work and that of other artists. - Time Expectations Every appointment is tailored to your unique set and the scheduled time reflects this. The time slot for your appointment should be treated as the minimum—please plan ahead to sit for the full duration. - Payment Methods I currently accept: Cash, Venmo, and Cash App. For digital payments, please add a note (“For StudioPink”, or “Nails”). - Health & Safety Please do not come to your appointment if you’re sick or have a contagious condition. If you have any open cuts, wounds, or infections on or around your hands/fingers, I will not be able to proceed with your service for safety reasons. - Rude or Disruptive Behavior I do not tolerate rude, disrespectful, or disruptive behavior—toward me, my studio, or any other business in the building. If this happens, I reserve the right to refuse service, forfeit your deposit, and or cancel future appointments. - Repeated Policy Violations If you break any policy three times in a row, I may no longer be able to take you as a client. - Refund Policy I do not offer refunds once your appointment is complete. If you have any issues with your set, please contact me within 48 hours, and I’ll be happy to assess and make any reasonable fixes.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that life happens! You’re welcome to cancel or reschedule your appointment at no cost as long as it’s done at least 72 hours in advance. If you cancel or reschedule within 72 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be non-refundable.
